Growing in God's Love as an Open, Caring Community

Announcements for June 10, 2018

St. Patrick’s welcomed to our June 10th celebrant the Rev. Lev Sherman.

A Big thank you to all who helped out, in any way, with the yard sale on Saturday.   We raised over a thousand dollars. The other wonderful part is that eight of our neighbors on Holyoke Street took us up on our invitation to join us by having their yard sale too.  Several of us walked the street and talked with our neighbors,  who thought it was a wonderful idea.  So, again, Thank you to all! Peace,  Peggy Day.

The HOLIDAY FAIR  is tentatively scheduled for November 17, 2018 from 8 am to 12 noon. It is the one big fundraiser (it raises $3500) that we do for the church’s bottom line.  Cynthia Vaughan was one of the co-chairs of last year’s event and she is willing to work on it again this year but only if she can have two other co-chairs to split the responsibilities with the idea that the two new co-chairs will lead the Holiday Fair the following year.   Michelle and Cynthia reorganized the floor plan last year which was well received. Those floor plans are drawn up and can be used again, if desired. The Holiday Fair requires a united group of people and leadership.  If no one steps up, the Holiday Fair, a major fundraiser for St. Patrick’s, will not happen. Please prayerfully consider volunteering for a leadership position and contact Cynthia Vaughan at 884-8898 or by email at
